NaviNichi, Inc. held a dialogue with Toshiyuki Honda, director of the Doraemon film series, exchanging views on the appeal and future potential of the manga and anime industry.

He shared valuable behind-the-scenes stories from the making of Doraemon, including episodes with Hayao Miyazaki and Tsutomu Shibayama. Mr. Honda also drew an original NaviNichi character for us and offered warm words of encouragement for the company's future growth.

Through this exchange, the two parties agreed to enter into a formal partnership and jointly pursue new initiatives that make use of manga and anime.

We will continue developing the AI infrastructure that supports both foreign residents and the host side, and — through partnerships across diverse fields — work toward a multicultural, inclusive society where foreign residents and Japanese society thrive together.
