Terms of Use

These Terms set out the conditions for using the website (the “Site”) operated by NaviNichi, Inc. (the “Company”). Customers who use the Site (the “User”) shall do so upon agreeing to these Terms. Please note that the use of each of the Company’s services is subject to separately established individual terms of service.
01Application
These Terms apply to all relationships between the User and the Company concerning the use of the Site. The User shall be deemed to have agreed to these Terms upon using the Site.
02Prohibited Conduct
In using the Site, the User shall not engage in any of the following acts.
- Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
- Acts that infringe the intellectual property rights, portrait rights, privacy, or other rights or interests of the Company or any third party
- Acts that interfere with the operation of the Site, or that place an excessive load on servers or networks
- Unauthorized access, or attempts thereof
- Acts of tampering with information on the Site, or disseminating false information
- Any other act that the Company deems inappropriate
03Modification, Suspension, and Termination of the Site’s Content
The Company may, without prior notice to the User, modify the content of the Site or suspend or terminate the provision of the Site. The Company shall bear no liability whatsoever for any damage incurred by the User or any third party as a result thereof.
04Disclaimer
The Company endeavors to ensure the accuracy, usefulness, timeliness, and the like of the information posted on the Site, but does not warrant any of these. The Company shall bear no liability whatsoever for any damage arising from the User’s use of information on the Site. The Company also bears no liability whatsoever for the content of external sites linked from the Site.
05Copyright and Intellectual Property Rights
Copyrights and other intellectual property rights in the text, images, logos, designs, and other content posted on the Site belong to the Company or to third parties holding legitimate rights. Reproducing, reprinting, altering, or distributing such content without the permission of the rights holder is prohibited.

Linking to the Site is, in principle, free. However, the Company may refuse links from sites that defame the content of the Site, or that the Company judges may harm the Company’s credibility or dignity.
07Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The interpretation and application of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. In the event of any dispute between the Company and the User concerning the use of the Site, the Tokyo District Court shall be the court of exclusive agreed jurisdiction for the first instance.
08Changes to These Terms
The Company may, when it deems necessary, change these Terms without notice to the User. The revised Terms shall take effect from the time they are posted on the Site.
