Information Security Policy

NaviNichi, Inc. (hereinafter the “Company”), as a provider of AI services in the field of welcoming foreign nationals, recognizes that it is a social responsibility to appropriately protect all information assets—including the information entrusted to us by our customers and stakeholders—from threats such as leakage, alteration, and loss. In order to work in an organized manner to ensure and continuously improve information security, the Company hereby establishes this Information Security Policy as follows.
01Purpose
The purpose of this Policy is to maintain the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the information assets handled by the Company, to live up to the trust placed in us by our customers and society, and to achieve the continuous and stable operation of our business.
02Scope of Application
This Policy applies to all officers and employees of the Company (regardless of their form of employment), as well as to all persons engaged in the Company’s operations, and covers all information assets handled by the Company.
03Management Structure
The Company appoints a person responsible for information security and establishes a structure to develop and operate information security regulations and to promote information security throughout the entire organization.
04Compliance with Laws and Rules
The Company complies with the laws, standards, and contractual obligations relating to information security, as well as with the internal regulations established by the Company.
05Employee Commitment
The Company makes its officers and employees aware of the importance of information security and of the initiatives based on this Policy, and continuously provides the necessary education and awareness-raising.
06Management of and Measures for Information Assets
The Company identifies the risks to its information assets and, in accordance with their importance, takes technical, human, physical, and organizational security management measures. It implements reasonable and appropriate measures against unauthorized access, malware, information leakage, and other threats.
07Response to Incidents
In the unlikely event that an information security incident occurs, the Company responds promptly to minimize the damage, investigates the cause, and strives to prevent recurrence.
08Continuous Improvement
The Company reviews this Policy and its information security initiatives on a regular basis and continuously improves them in response to changes in social conditions and the business environment. This Policy has been established in line with the aims of the “SECURITY ACTION” program of the Information-technology Promotion Agency, Japan (IPA).
