Message from the CEO
In the work of welcoming foreign nationals there is a deep information asymmetry. The people who come to study, work, and live in Japan are swept into procedures without knowing what to do next or what they need — anxious and overwhelmed. Meanwhile, the schools and companies that host them are consumed by tracking and managing each person's situation, with too little time left for the education and work they should be focused on.
We want to untangle this complexity with AI. “Deliver the right information and support, to the right person, at the right time, in the right amount” — that is NaviNichi's unchanging principle. So that no one's potential is shut out by walls of paperwork and procedure, we quietly connect both the individual and the host side through technology.
We believe that differences of language and culture are not walls but forces that enrich society. Foreign residents and Japanese society, supporting one another and thriving together — we will move steadily, step by step, toward that vision of a multicultural, inclusive society.
Leadership Team
徐 暁晟
Graduate of the University of Tokyo. Built backend and distributed systems for large-scale traffic at LY Corporation (LINE Yahoo). Leads integrated development and product design across NaviNichi's consumer apps and B2B operational platforms.
菅崎 航
As a director of the Japan–China Education Alliance, he has driven educational exchange and university partnerships, supporting 10,000+ international students and 300+ study-in-Japan institutions. Leads business development, M&A, and fundraising.
Luo Muyang
From the Ohsawa Lab at the University of Tokyo. Researched data analysis and recommender systems and worked at a global IT firm. Specializes in network-analysis-based decision support and builds NaviNichi's recommendation and decision-support AI.
Liu Naijia
Researched network-structure analysis and anomaly detection at the Ohsawa Lab, University of Tokyo. Draws on financial expertise from a Mitsubishi UFJ–affiliated asset manager to lead risk detection, monetization strategy, and fundraising.
Members include alumni of the Ohsawa Lab at the University of Tokyo.
