Multilingual support
The student app supports Japanese, Chinese, and English (with more to come). Field labels are shown in multiple languages automatically. Students enter data confidently in their own language, and staff receive it in Japanese.
Deadlines made visible
Automatic alerts 90 / 60 / 30 days before residency expiry, with a dashboard listing everyone who needs attention. When a student registers a renewed residence card, the new expiry date is reflected automatically.
Data reuse
Identity information entered once only needs to be “confirmed” from then on. Permitted fields fill in automatically the moment you send a request — no re-collecting every time.

A student taps “add the University of Tokyo to my target schools” in the app — that is a career preference in itself. The student can share it with the school, and the office can grasp every student's career preferences without re-entering anything. QCan we migrate from our existing Excel roster?
Yes. We support bulk roster import and match against existing students by email and other keys without duplicates.
QCan students without a smartphone, or students before arriving in Japan, still use it?
They can fill in forms via an email magic link. The process can be completed even without an account.
QHow is students' personal information handled?
We read only what the student has consented to, and record everything in the audit log. It is designed with Japan's privacy law in mind.
QDo the residency-application documents match each immigration bureau's format?
We plan to support printing in formats that follow each bureau's regulations and official CSV export (planned).
QCan we handle an entire class at once?
Document requests and review are available for a whole class today. Bulk creation and printing of residency applications (ZIP export) is planned.
QCan we collect documents through an overseas agent?
Yes. With a magic-link request, an agent can enter information on the student's behalf.
QCan it integrate with our existing enrollment / attendance systems?
We support importing attendance rates. Please discuss the scope of integration with us individually.
